4. Working on defining the most critical social media KPIs
5. Working on measuring the success of every social media campaign
6. Working on staying up to date with the latest social media practices and technologies
7. Managing the social media department that comprises of social media engagement and marketing team of the organization
8. Working on taking weekly reports from the social media marketing team
9. Working on promoting NGOs at various platforms, both offline and online, giving ideas and strategies to do the same
