Job Summary

  • Development of brand awareness, online reputationand promotion of Creez.
  • Deliberate planning and goal setting of social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily brand-focused interactive and engaging content(text, images, video) that
  • Builds meaningful connections and encourages customer/followers to take action.
  • Enhance company social media presence
  • Expanding opportunities for revenue
  • Achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaboration with Ambassadors to share our brand
  • Create a team of Social Media Influencers/Bloggers and Professional Photographers in different locations who spread the benefits of our brand to all their followers
  • Get their highly creative and professional photos/videos clicked and ask blogger as well as photographer to post those photos tagging Creez social media page in their post.
  • Posting those photos/videos/content in Creez official social pages (3 Posts/day) and tag that blogger and photographer to give them a shout-out.
  • Customer Engagement
  • Joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand including interacting with customer and “soft selling” the product (Avoid Hard Selling).
  • Receiving direct feedback from consumers and create relationship that convert visitor into loyal customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
  • Build and manage the companys social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
  • Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g. Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).
  • Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
  • Manage various Email/SMS/Social Media campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our emailsends.
  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
  • Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Required Experience: 3 Years+

Require Qualification: At least Graduate. Highly Skilled Candidates who learnt Social Media Marketing Skills with their own efforts, especially without any Institute course are most welcome.
