- Monitor social media trends and adapt content accordingly to keep our brand relevant
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on growth, engagement, and ROI
- Respond to comments and messages, fostering community engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives
- Stay updated on Instagram and Facebook algorithm changes and best practice
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop etc.)
