Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our company’s social media marketing efforts. This role demands a deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies to build and maintain a strong online presence.
The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals, increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads or conversions. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development and Execution:

2. Content Planning and Management:

Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of engaging and relevant content (text, images, video, stories, reels, etc.) for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.

Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, videographers, and influencers to develop high-quality creative assets.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all social media channels.

Monitor trending topics and viral content to incorporate timely and relevant posts.
3. Community Engagement and Growth:

Build, nurture, and engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to amplify reach.

Identify and engage with key opinion leaders and social media influencers for partnerships and campaigns.

Manage online reputation and address any negative feedback or social media crises tactfully.
4. Analytics and Reporting:

Use analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to monitor campaign performance, audience behavior, and content effectiveness.

Analyze data to generate insights and reports on social media ROI, engagement rates, follower growth, traffic, and conversions.

Present regular reports to senior management with actionable recommendations for improvement.

Stay current on social media metrics and trends, applying learnings to enhance future campaigns.
5. Advertising and Budget Management:

Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to boost visibility, generate leads, and increase conversions.

Manage budgets for social media ads, optimize ad spend, and track campaign ROI.

Work with external agencies or freelancers for campaign execution as needed.

Test and experiment with new ad formats and targeting options.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
