We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced, collaborative team and elevate our brand presence across various digital platforms.

Job Summary:

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies that align with our marketing goals. You will create compelling content, manage online communities, run paid ad campaigns, and analyze performance to drive brand awareness and growth.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
Content Creation & Management: Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering positive relationships with our online community.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer). Provide regular reports and actionable insights.
Brand Growth: Drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and expand our social media following.
SEO & Content Marketing: Apply basic SEO and content marketing principles to enhance online visibility.
Graphic Design (Plus): Basic graphic design skills with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Qualifications:

0-3 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
Proficiency in managing and creating content for major social media platforms.
Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for social media trends.
Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer)
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
