Responsibilities

Performs day-to-day moderation of all the social media pages of our clients at specific time intervals to ensure that all the pages are monitored continually.
Checks for offensive content on these pages
Responds to customers’ queries
Looks for opportunities to create a conversation and thereby engage the fans of these pages
Coordinates with Social Media Moderation teams in UAE to resolve issues by providing answers to concerns raised by fans on the social media pages.
He/she makes sure that the issue has been addressed and follows it up through full resolution.
Other administrative functions will also be assigned as part of this role

Qualities required

A thorough understanding of social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
A level of responsibility and maturity understanding that he/she acts as the client while interacting with their fans/customers
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Should be willing to monitor the activities on the social media platforms on all days including weekends & holidays
