Roles and Responsibility:-

- Handling complaints/ queries from Society members on issues like - plumbing/ electrical/ lift/ civil repairs/ maintenance.
- Maintenance of Statutory Registers.
- Publishing Notices.
- Vendor Management.
- Fixed Asset Management.
- Web Portal Administration.
- Resource Management.
- Internal control and procedures.
- Develop and implement project work plans and review as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Convey and supervise contractors and sub-contractors.
- Ex-defense preferred and fluent English is a must.
