Handling complaints/ queries from Society members on issues like - plumbing/ electrical/ lift/ civil repairs/ maintenance.
Maintenance of Statutory Registers.
Publishing Notices.
Vendor Management.
Fixed Asset Management.
Web Portal Administration.
Resource Management.
Internal control and procedures.
Develop and implement project work plans and review as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Convey and supervise contractors and sub-contractors.
Ex-defense preferred and fluent English is a must.
