Job Description
- Develop and implement modules for soft skill training
and voice and accent training.
- Handle voice testing to ensure maintenance of high
quality agents.
- To conduct refresher skills and product training for
Customer Experience team.
- Conduct tests on a regular basis for team.
- Monitor training programs and manuals to ensure that
they are effective and up-to-date and make the necessary updates.
- Monitoring and measuring of to know and boost the
team efficiency by process training.
- Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employees
training and development and implement them in training's delivering.
