Job Description

Develop and implement modules for soft skill training and voice and accent training.
Handle voice testing to ensure maintenance of high quality agents.
To conduct refresher skills and product training for Customer Experience team.
Conduct tests on a regular basis for team.
Monitor training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and make the necessary updates.
Monitoring and measuring of to know and boost the team efficiency by process training.
Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employees training and development and implement them in training's delivering.
