- have a professional background
- have extensive experience in delivering training
- have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in delivering either communication, intercultural or interpersonal skills

- have a committed, professional attitude to training, work in general & managing the client
- are comfortable using standard Microsoft Office programmes (Word, PowerPoint,Outlook)
