- Work with engineering teams to understand the ERP solution quickly.
- Provide input to Product Management regarding product enhancements.
- Act as technical and functional expert to clients
- Doing Gap Analysis, Customizations, Configurations and User Training
- Provide support to the customers and help them with their basic queries on how-to run the solution efficiently.
