Job Title – Software Asset Management
Qualifications-Any Graduate
Job Description-
Candidate should have at least a basic understanding of ITIL framework
Should have an understanding of Asset, CI, CMDB
Good understanding of Software Asset Management
Good understanding of License Management
Understanding of License Procurement, Renewal Assigning available licenses.
Understanding of packaging concepts.
Knowledge of software requests (inter-organization)
Knowledge of service request, approvals, workflow, work order/tasks
Experience of work on Asset Manager tools like HP AM, ServiceNow, Flexera, SNOW License Management tools
Location and shift flexibility
ITIL and other certifications are preferred
Experience – 9 to 12 Years
