This is a AI first Stealth startup looking for AI first developer. No experience needed no minimum educational qualifications.

This is one of the first hires, in addition to development you will also do research, design, testing and documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies
1. Technical Skills

Proficiency in one or more programming languages:

Backend: Java, Python, .NET, PHP, Node.js, Ruby, or Go

Frontend: JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML, CSS

Strong knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, etc.).

Experience with API development and integration (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
2. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Strong logical reasoning and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Software Development Methodologies

Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment processes.
4. Communication & Teamwork
-
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Capable of explaining technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
