RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain software applications based on project requirements.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Debug and fix software bugs and performance issues.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers.
Learn and implement best coding practices and development frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Software Design and Development

Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications and application designs.

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code according to defined software development standards and best practices.

Develop both frontend and backend components (depending on the project requirements).

Contribute to system architecture decisions and overall software design patterns.
2. Testing and Debugging

Write unit tests and perform functional testing to ensure code quality and functionality.

Debug existing code and troubleshoot software issues across platforms and browsers.

Collaborate with QA engineers to identify, track, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
3. Code Review and Collaboration
-
Participate in peer code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge across the team.

Work in an Agile or Scrum development environment, attending sprint meetings, planning sessions, and daily stand-ups.

Communicate effectively with other developers, designers, and product stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
4. Maintenance and Support
-
Monitor applications in production environments, troubleshoot real-time issues, and deploy patches as needed.

Maintain documentation for system architecture, codebase, and APIs for internal and external use.

Participate in software upgrades, migrations, and security updates.
5. Continuous Learning and Improvement

Keep up with the latest software development trends, tools, and frameworks.

Recommend and adopt new technologies that can improve system performance and developer productivity.

Engage in team workshops, code katas, or hackathons to foster innovation and continuous learning.
