Job Description
Position: Software Developer
Responsibilities:
- Design secure, performant and well-designed RESTful APIs for a next generation .Net platform
- Analyze technical requirements for .NET applications with the team and translate them into working steps
- Rapidly build APIs on top of existing ASP.Net applications and MS-SQL databases
- Meet scalability, availability, security, and performance goals
- Development of Modules/ Feature Understanding of Business Proc
Experience and Background:
- 2-5 years of solid software development experience and exposure to large-scale software
- implementations in complex enterprise architecture environments
- A Bachelors or equivalent degree in Computer Science
- Hands-on capabilities with modern web technologies
- Good to have knowledge in Clientside framework like Angular js or Angular 2+, React js, Vue js, etc
Well versed in:
- .Net Technologies .NET 4.5, C# 5.0, ASP.NET, MVC, Visual Studio IDE, Nuget Package
- Management
- Client Side Technologies Html, CSS, Javascript, jQuery
- Deploying/Configuring/Securing web apps on IIS 6/7
- Web Services, WCF, Web APIs, RESTful APIs. Design/documentation tooling like Swagger, API Blueprint, etc
- Deep understanding of Object Oriented patterns and principles
- Database design and integration with MS SQL Server. Good SQL/data modelling skills
- .NET Design Patterns (Creational Patterns, Structural Patterns, Behavioural Patterns)
- Experience with Agile Development Practices, particularly Scrum
- Experience in TFS for maintaining source code in git repositories and Scrum task management
