Overall

·         Looking at fresh engineering graduates, current year or the previous year pass outs (Year of Passing – 2019-2021), with a clean and meritorious academic record

·         This could be a continuous need as we settle down in Agra and NCR center

·         Preferably IT and Comp Science stream graduates

·         Starting date around October 2021 

·         Office/Work location will be in Agra

Hiring and Evaluation process

·         Profile shortlisting

·         Shortlisted Profiles Will Online Technical Evaluation/Computer-based test - to be performed in a monitored environment

·         Selected candidates will go through a technical round of interview

·         Selected candidates will go through an HR Round/Soft skill round of evaluation

·         Finalized candidates will be provided with offers

Training and Ramp up Plan

·         Once onboarded, we will provide training for 5-6 months

·         We will be targeting Web and Mobile development latest technologies

·         We will have dedicated training time for the batch

·         We will have fortnightly evaluations where people will be expected to perform at a certain level to continue in the training program

·         We will expect people to have professional and commitment to learning during the training period

Offer

·         8K per month stipend during the training phase

·         15 K-22 CTC on successful completion of training and getting a full-time appointment

·         Increment after completion of 12 months of tenure as a full-time employee

·         3.6 Years bond, with an exit clause of 1.5 L. The bond period starts from the date of the appointment

·         Original Educational Certificates or PD Cheques of 1.5 L be deposited with the company as a security
