The competitive pricing team is responsible for ensuring that we earn and keep our customer trust around our low prices. The team works on some of the most challenging technical problems like building and running large-scale real-time distributed systems, web services, extracting structured-data from unstructured-content, problems in information retrieval domain, building specialized state-of-the-art browse automation infrastructure, etc. 

To meet these challenges, the Pricing team is looking for passionate, talented and innovative software engineers to join our team in Bangalore. You are expected to solve complex problems at massive scale. You will be expected to drive innovation leveraging concepts from data mining, machine learning, distributed systems and high performance systems. You will build interfaces that embrace the best practices of usability, accessibility, security and performance. You will build systems with robust design, and produce APIs that are intuitive.

Skills required : 

• 5+ years professional experience in Software Development. 
  
• Computer Science fundamentals in Service-oriented design. 
  
• Computer Science fundamentals in data structures. 
  
• Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis. 
  
• Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as Java, or C++. 
  
• Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers 
  
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations 
  
• Ability to lead a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project.
