- Role: Software Developer cum Trainer
- Experience: 3 - 6 years

Responsibility:
- Understand the requirement provided by the client based on the SRS document.
- Ability to perform technical analysis, design and identify impacts.
- Proven expertise in writing good code & experience in Web development projects.
- Hands on experience in solution design using Open source technologies.
- Should have strong knowledge on java architecture and design patterns.
- Contribute in all phases of the development life cycle.
- Writing technical specifications and design solutions, excellent documentation and presentation skills.
- Prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
- Required to deliver end-to-end training on the topics on Core Java/ Advance Java/Spring and Hibernate Framework / ASP.Net
- Required to share the real time working experience with the students and willing to share real-time scenarios on Applications.
