Job Description
- Sura Systems Pvt Limited (SuraSys) is hiring candidates (Freshers or with 1 year or less experience) with Java and Python programming background for Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Machine Vision and Deep Learning work.
- We are looking for people who will be part of our team.
- Please apply only if you are willing to stay with us for a minimum of four years.
- We are currently hiring only Chennai based Candidates.
- Freshers or developers with one year or less experience, with a strong background and confidence in algorithms and programming.
- Candidates who have verified certificates after taking Java, R project, Python, Swift, iOS programming or machine learning courses in Coursera and EdX will get top preference.
- Candidates with programming exposure to Python, Java, Go, and frameworks such as Hadoop, Django, Node will get preferential treatment.
- MCA, BE with a strong programming exposure.
- We do not care for marks.
- Please come prepared for a simple test involving programming (C or C++ or Java or Python or Ruby or a language of your choice) and logic.
- Please apply ONLY if you are confident of taking this test.
- After the initial test and interview, we give a programming assignment for a week and evaluate you based on your learning curve, programming and communication skills.
- Applicants who pass this assignment will be taken as interns for a period of one month and then evaluated.
- This is a full time position, not a part time job.
- If you perform well in the test and interview and are selected, you will be asked to join immediately and put on probation for the first month for Rs 10,000.
- If you are able to cope with the learning curve, you will be made permanent for the first year at Rs 12,000 per month for the first six months and Rs 15,000 per month for the subsequent months.
- Your salary can be increased any time during the first year.
- During the subsequent three years period, your salary will depend on your technical progress and contribution.
- No work experience certificates will be issued to employees who leave before the stipulated time of 3 years.
