Job description:

The PHP Developer is responsible for the creation and implementation of a wide variety of Web- based products using PHP, JavaScript, MySQL and AJAX.
Must be proficient in PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML, Javascript, AJAX, XML.
Should have experience with Joomla, WordPress, Drupal, Magento.
Strong understanding of best practices for security while coding.
Experience or knowledge on database design, scaling and replication for large- scale use.
Experience working with Amazon EC2.
Maintaining existing codebase, to include troubleshooting bugs and adding new features.
Understanding client requirements functional specifications.
Developing and maintaining dynamic web applications, Products portals.
Ensuring foolproof performance of the deliverable.
Coordinating with co- developers and other related departments.
Sending regular updates about project status.
Participating in a team- oriented environment to develop complex web- based applications.
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
This 'business- to- business' sale professional should be able to prospect target accounts for new business, maintain an existing territory of business as well as establish and work with partners.
At the start, it is an Individual contributor's role, over a period of time the incumbent will be required to manager 1- 2 sales executive.
The central marketing team will help the sales manager with leads and list of prospective clients (Company's HR head no. email id's) to hit the ground running. Sales manager will also get additional support from Assessment subject matter expert who will assist him/ her on answering customer's queries on details of various types of tests, assessment.
Location - New Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Singapore
MBA or Bachelor's Degree (equivalent work experience) in business, marketing and sales or related field of study
Must be a self- starter. Must be able to demonstrate sales record (2+ years) at a high level of achievement
Solutions- selling experience in any one or all of the following areas: HR, Recruitment, Training or software
Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing assessment solutions / services and products.
Sell a full range of Dott products, supplies and services; requires consultative- selling skills.
Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
Provide consultative solutions sales process to prospects.
Conducts one- on- one and group sales presentations.
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Works closely with relationship manager to service the needs of existing customers.
Dealing with some major customer accounts. Collecting customer feedback and market research.
Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Keeping up to date with products and competitors and adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Develops learning content in all its forms - tutorials, simulations, games, assessments, troubleshooting guides and simple reference material.
Location - Project based - Freedom to work from home
Responsible for quality of the finished content in terms of its usability, the relevance and accuracy of its subject matter, the extent to which it engages learners, its production quality standards
Undertaking whatever additional research and analysis is required.
Leading the detailed design and development effort within the parameters established for the overall programme / curriculum, typically in consultation with other specialists.
Co- ordinating with other specialists such as graphic designers, animators, illustrators, software engineers, audio and video specialists, testers, etc.
