Software Developer recruitment in IIT Gandhinagar

Necessary Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering (regular)/Information Technology (regular)/MCA with minimum 65% marks.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years of software development/ maintenance experience. Hands-on experience in PHP/ .Net language is a must. Proven knowledge in development solutions in .Net Framework 3.5, HTML5, CSS3, Windows Services, Web Services, Remoting, Strong understanding of Object Orientation ,Understanding accessibility and security compliance. Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system. Good knowledge and hands-on experience in JavaScript, JQuery, JQuery Widgets, MSSQL or PostgreSQL, and JAVA. Experience developing cross-browser frontends using XHTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript and on API's, payment gateways. Knowledge and experience of GIT/SVN. Knowledge of IProof will be an added advantage. Knowledge in Microsoft Reports, Crystal Reports, Devexpress controls, Fusion Charts etc., will be added advantage.

Preference will be given for candidates with exposure to an industry standard ERP and workflow package. Experience working with product and development teams to understand product vision and requirements. Experience working in an agile environment and ability to work on several projects concurrently. Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills. Experience developing tests for functional, performance and regression testing that include automated, ad-hoc, and manual testing elements. Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating testing activities. Strong knowledge of defect tracking systems & test management tools.
