Designation: Software Developer
Job Description:
- Candidates will create applications from scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support.
- Candidate should be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. You should be a team player and excellent communicator
- Excellent knowledge with popular web application frameworks
- Candidate will be working with object orientation project
Skills Required:
- Good Knowledge in Data Structures
- Knowldege in Algorithms .
- Good Problem Solving Skills.
Selection Process :
1.Aptitude test on Hacker Earth – Online
2.Coding test – can be done on laptop or on paper
3.Group Discussion
4.F2F technical interview
5.Management interview
6.HR interview
Training process post selection :
- Initial 2 months the
training will be at Xebia Bangalore office.
- Once the training at
Bangalore is completed then there would be on-job training at Microsoft
Hyderabad office for 2 months
- Once you successfully
complete the training you would be offered employment with Xebia at
Microsoft office (payroll with Xebia).
After the successfull completion of the training program
selected candidates would be offered employment with Xebia working at client
site i.e Microsoft Hyderabad.
Note -- During this training period Xebia will not provide any stipend
Salary: 2.5Lkh/annum.
