Job Description :
- We are looking for a motivated and energetic technology leader who can be an innovation catalyst in our organization, exhibiting a fanatical commitment to the customer while inspiring the team around them to pioneer the next-generation of Identity Access solutions.
- The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company's activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Direct and oversee software engineering, technology operations and customer support functions.
- Lead software development team to develop, document and maintain software applications/operating systems according to business needs.
- Provide technical consultation as well as expertise to ebb's staff and customers Hire, develop plans, train and conduct performance reviews for the entire technology staff
- Provide leadership, management and technical vision to entire technology team.
- Review all documents related to business requirement and play leadership role in product brainstorming sessions
- Provide employee coaching, mentoring, development and team building.Head responsibility to analyze, design, develop and support all software application systems.
- Participate actively in Scrum software development process as Scrum Master.
- Manage all software engineering schedules, budget and resource allocation.
- Manage joint development with 3rd party vendors as well as outsourced development.Work with the technical staff of third-party partners and distributors to customize/integrate to meet their technical requirements.
Skills/Requirements :
- Must have previous software development/support experience
- Must have experience leading a team of 6+ software developers and technical support representatives
- Must be fluent in the Programming Languages : C#, C++, Javascript
- Markup Languages : HTML, XAML Frameworks : .Net Core, .Net Standard, WPF and Query Languages: SQL
- Must love technology and be up to speed on the latest technology trends
- Must have experience presenting to company leadership
- Nice to have, experience with starting a business, startup or entering on the ground level
- Ready for high risk/ high reward - founder equity, however as we grow, you grow and later there will be a large base pay
- Must speak fluent English to interact effectively with US-based team members and business partners
