1.
Top-notch development skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML5/CSS3 and
JavaScript.
2. Minimum 1-5 years of experience in designing and
developing applications on the front-end technologies and open-source platform
like PHP, JavaScripts, Codeigniter, WordPress, Laravel, NodeJs, React etc.
3. A candidate with good web development the experience will be preferred.
4. Proficient understanding of code versioning
tools (TFS/SVN/Git)
5. Must possess very good logical, analytical
and communication skills
6. Must be currently working as a senior member in
a technical team
7. Guide team development efforts towards
successful project delivery
8. Provide technical leadership to teammates
9. Maintain high standards of front-end
development quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
10. Collaborate with other developers, business
analysts and application architects to plan, design, develop, test, and
maintain web-based business applications built on open source technologies.
11. Experience in developing international
quality websites. Must-Know Dreamweaver, and other relevant software, which
will help him/her to execute ideas.
12. Develop, refine, and tune integrations
between applications
13. Analyze and resolve technical and
application problems
14. Expert in DIV based designs, JavaScript,
Cross-browser, W3C, Responsive websites and must be very good with HTML5 &
CSS3 and open source technologies
15. Ability to multitask with strict time
constraints, budgets and business goals
16. Strong WordPress experience would be an
added advantage.
