Job Description
This is a paid, in-office opportunity in Bangalore with a stipend of ₹10,000/month. You’ll be working closely with a lean team in a fast-paced startup culture, contributing to high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Software Development Assistance:

Assist in the design, coding, testing, and debugging of web, mobile, or desktop applications.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code under the supervision of senior developers.

Implement basic software functionality and contribute to bug fixing and performance enhancements.
2. Learning and Collaboration:

Work with mentors and team leads to understand product features, development workflows, and project goals.

Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and peer learning sessions.

Stay up to date with the latest programming trends, tools, and best practices.
3. Testing & Documentation:

Support unit testing, integration testing, and bug tracking using tools like JIRA, GitHub, or internal systems.

Help write documentation for code, APIs, modules, or product features.

Assist QA teams in validating code output and identifying issues.
4. Version Control and Deployment:

Use Git for version control and collaborate on platforms like GitHub or GitLab.

Assist in building, deploying, and managing code in test environments.
5. Project-Based Assignments:

Work on real-time development projects, prototypes, or proof-of-concept software depending on skill level and interest.

Deliver progress updates, demos, or reports to supervisors at regular intervals.
