Job Description
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web or mobile applications

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive (Up to ₹50,000/month based on experience}
Key Responsibilities:
1. Software Design and Development:

Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions with stakeholders and team members.

Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code using best programming practices.

Develop front-end and/or back-end components depending on the project.

Translate user stories and functional requirements into working software.
2. Application Architecture:
-
Follow established architectural guidelines and coding standards.

Collaborate with senior developers or architects to design system architecture and database schemas.

Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of applications.
3. Testing and Debugging:
-
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and assist QA teams with automated or manual testing as needed.

Identify, document, and fix bugs in a timely manner.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
4. Deployment and Maintenance:
-
Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Help in packaging and releasing software to different environments (dev, QA, staging, production).

Monitor deployed applications, investigate issues, and apply fixes or improvements.
5. Documentation:
-
Maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, libraries, and deployment processes.

Create user manuals, technical specifications, and architecture diagrams when required.
6. Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, QA testers, product owners, and other developers.

Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

Clearly communicate development progress, challenges, and timelines.
7. Learning and Innovation:

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the software development field.

Suggest and implement improvements to tools, codebase, and development practices.

Take part in research and proof-of-concept development for new ideas or projects.
