Job Description
Introduction
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications that meet business needs and deliver excellent user experiences. You should have a strong command of programming languages, development frameworks, and modern software engineering practices.
This role requires problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Software Design & Development

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional software solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain web, desktop, or mobile applications based on project specifications.

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.

Develop APIs, microservices, and integrations with third-party platforms where required.
2. Testing & Quality Assurance

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure reliability and performance.

Work closely with QA teams to identify bugs and fix issues promptly.

Optimize code for speed, scalability, and maintainability.
3. Collaboration & Project Delivery
-
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, product owners, and QA engineers to deliver quality solutions.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Contribute to project documentation including technical specifications and user guides.
4. Continuous Improvement

Stay up to date with the latest software development trends, tools, and technologies.

Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of software quality.

Suggest improvements to enhance application performance, security, and user experience.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
-
Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more – Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, PHP, Go, or Ruby.

Frontend Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

Backend Frameworks: Node.js, Django, Spring Boot, Laravel, .NET Core, or similar.

Database Management: Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).

API Development: RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Version Control: Proficiency in Git, GitHub, or GitLab.

Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

DevOps & CI/CD: Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and containerized environments is desirable.
