Job Description
A software developer is responsible for managing existing custom core product framework, design
and development of new modules required to be introduced in different solutions offered. Also, need
to manage a team of junior developers.
Job Responsibilities
• Development of new modules as per custom framework with organization standards.
• Review source code for coding standards and performance issues committed by junior
developers. Ensure strict adherence to the coding standard.
• Involve in identifying the root cause of issues reported in QA/production environment.
• Scalability and Performance optimization related R&D for required critical modules.
• Interact with project/support team to understand new functionality requirement and be a
part of solution design activity.
• Enhancement of existing Product Framework using Object Oriented Programming concepts.
Technical Skills
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or IT related field
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and knowledge of the practical
application of these concepts in software product development.
• Good Knowledge asp .net, MVC Framework, Web Services, jQuery, Angular, .net Core
• MS-SQL stored procedures and SQL query optimization.
• Knowledge of automation tools used in software development
and development of new modules required to be introduced in different solutions offered. Also, need
