About The Role
Major Job Responsibilities:
Lead and drive development, support and operations for certain applications on EDW – Teradata.
Look into the current L2 and L3 operations, identify avenues for automation and implement them.
Setting up best practices and driving adoption around coding, design, quality, and performance.
Work on Support monitoring 3-4 days in a month.
Work collaboratively with other teams to foster an environment of respect, open communication and cross-functional expertise.

Requirements
Good knowledge in Migration of DataStage to Talend.
Good knowledge in complete Automation of ETL Projects end to end.
Good knowledge in Scheduling the Jobs through CAWA/TAC etc.
Good knowledge in Unix shell Scripting.
Strong Knowledge in working on different file formats like Avro/Json/Parquet files through Talend.
Strong Knowledge in Databases like Teradata/Oracle/Sqlserver.
Desirable Skills
Knowledge in Azure – ADF/Azure Datawarehouse.
Knowledge in Git hub for code migration.
Knowledge in Bigdata like HIVE/PIG.
Knowledge in Java/Python.
Knowledge in Denodo.
Required Experience And Education
5-8 years of experience in software industry
CS degree or equivalent experience
