Job Description:

• Software Trainees are recruited to work on US based software development projects, before they are deployed on project, they will have specialized training on our current project needs
  
• Developer will be trained on any off the below technologies
  
• Php , .net , Java, Ios , Iphone , Andriod , Unix , People Soft , JD Edward, UI and UX development, Designing, Enterprise technologies etc
  
• Candidate should give notice period of 3 months’ notice before they leave the job or training
  
• Training will be provided 2 to 3 hours every day with existing developers who are working on our current projects
  
• We expect the candidate work nearly 12 hours a day
  
• If our senior developer impressed on software trainee technical output performance, he will consume the resource on his project and stipend will be provide based on the work
  
• Stipend will be at the range of 3000 INR to 12000 INR based on his skills
  
• Software Trainees must provide a minimum of 160 Hours of billing hours every month on project delivery
  
• But they are also entitled to work 12 hours a day, but they can work from home after office hours.
  
• Office hour will varies based on project requirement
  
• Candidate should be willing to work in US time which is 7 PM to 3 PM Indian for any specific clients or for future needs
  
• Bond might be applicable when a developer works on high security and long-term projects for customers in US.
  
• If the candidate has extraordinary tech skill, if the software trainee sticks for 2 years with the organization
  
• Candidate has the opportunity to move to Onsite location in US ,Canada, UK
  
• As our firm is head quartered in New Jersey, United States of America.  Candidate will fall under eligibility of L1 A or L1 B  or H1 B Visa categories for United States of America onsite requirement
  
• Candidate must be in a position for ready to travel after 1 or 2 years
  
• Candidates should complete our back-ground check
• Candidate reference person must send authentication email and acknowledgement email from their official email ID.
  
• We will not consider their official email from a start up firm. The firm must be a reputed organization
  
• We will not consider reference authentication email from their personal Mail ID
  
• The Job offer is not confirmed, the candidate will be on probation period after successful completion of training
  
• After 6 month or earlier. He will be consumed as permanent employee.
  
• Certain training period candidate must work on current projects
  
• No leave will be considered during probation period
  
• If there is a leave more than 1 day the contract is terminated between the candidate and the Organization
  
• If we see candidate does not provide full support or involved in any miss conduct or any issues against the organization, he will be removed from the job immediately without any notice
  
• If the candidate is terminated by any chance they should not contact the existing employees  
  
• Candidate are not allowed to consume alcohol or smoke with thin the campus
  
• Candidate can talk to the management if they need premium accommodation service
  
• Our office is centrally located in Chennai city, 5 minutes’ walk to St Thomas mount train station and Alandhur Chennai Metro Station
  
• Our office campus is 35,000 Sqft which has seven floors  
  
• Office building is own facility which is running its business operation on the same location for 35 Years
  
• Performance is determined with terms and conditions mentioned on this letter  
  
• Candidate will be provided offer letter in the title of Software Engineer Trainee
  
• Candidate has to work on software development client Projects and training during 1PM  – 7 PM
  
• Candidate should do multi-tasking on Sales process for Hudson 
  
• Candidate should call customers in US and fix appointment in New York city and New jersey for the Hudson service to Onsite team in New Jersey between 7 PM to 2 AM or they will be allowed to do data mining process rather than calls
  
•  The total work timing is 1 PM to 2 AM – Monday to Friday  
  
• On total it will be 12 hours. But shift timing varies based on client delivery needs  
  
• If there are critical project delivery - software trainees are requested to work on weekends
  
• All necessary software and training will be provided from Hudson US office
  
• All trainees must report to Hudson USA office in New Jersey thought skype. Voip and video conferencing from Alandhur office
  
• Successful closure of client onsite appointment, the concerned Software Engineer trainee will be eligible for salary (3,000 INR PM to 12000 INR PM) right from day one of appointment fixing and support the onsite team by following up the customer and help the onsite marketing team to win the project.
• A minimum of 15 Appointment has to be acquired for a month by the software trainee in New Jersey and New York City, United States of America
  
• All necessary training and software tools will be for the software trainees to execute the process
  
• Process involves 200 calls to be dialed every day – out of which the candidate will get 2 interested appointment
  
• Appointment to be made between client and Hudson Onsite Marketing team or meet the client face to face.
  
• Once the client face to face appointment is fixed by the software trainee.  Hudson onsite marketing team in New your city and New jersey will close the deal and intimate the software trainee
  
• It’s a proven process, if the candidate has good communication skills, he can close a deal of 3000 USD with a week.   
  
• Or he is eligible for salary if he can work on software development and deliver out put
  
• Some time the candidate is exempted with the above calling process if we see the candidate has high potential of technical knowledge
  
• All candidates are requested to bring their own laptop with internet data pack and the laptop must have WIFI features on it. which is must.
  
• Candidate are requesting to use their own data plan for internet during training.
  
• Company will provide secured internet connection during project development
