Software Engineer Developer

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If selected and upon joining you will be expected to work either from the office full-time or part-time (hybrid), or complete work from home depending on Corona's situation and your location.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Please READ CAREFULLY the requirements below before applying:
- Willing to commit 1.5 - 2 years to the company, and sign agreement for the same
- Candidates must have a good understanding of SDLC, Agile development, programming, and Software testing.
- Candidate must have good Oral and Written English communication
- Candidate must be a fast learner with a good attitude
- Candidate should be either a 2020 or 2021 pass

- Ready to join immediately upon receiving a job offer
- Problem solver, hard-working with a passion to self-learn- Willing to work independently with little or no supervision
- Must be BE/BTECH/BCA/MSC/MCA/BSC/Diploma with good performance and marks

INTERVIEW PROCESSSelection of candidates is subjected to clearing the interview process. Upon selection, you will be expected to join immediately. Kindly find the interview process below:
- Pre-screening
- Aptitude Test
- Technical Round
- HR and Management Round
REMUNERATION:
Candidates with very good technical knowledge of QA Testing, SDLC, Programming will get between 12K - 20K/month for the first 6 months depending on interview ratings.- Candidates with average technical knowledge will have to go through 3 months of training without pay and will get between 12K - 22K/month for the next 9 months depending on performance during the training period.
- Ready to join immediately upon receiving a job offer
