• Monitor production programs for expected performance and respond to errors and emergency problems.• Take independent action to correct problems encountered during systems operations within authority level granted by supervisor.• Test and debug existing code.• Write technical documents.• Work within specifications provided to meet programming assignment goals for new development objectives in a timely and accurate manner.• Use the coding methods for specific programming languages to enhance or initiate efficient program execution and performance.• Follow source code control and configuration management procedures.
