Roles and Responsibility :

Should have excellent programming skills.
Should be able to understand and appreciate the key considerations to be made during digital product development including user experience and interface.
Will work directly with the co-founders and be responsible for conceptualizing, leading, and implementing the next wave of technology changes in the platform.
Should have strong exposure to Java, Android; however someone who has limited exposure but the right attitude and lots of firepower to learn would also be welcome.

Must Have :

Should be ready to join as early as possible max limit within 10 days.
Experience with front-end frameworks like Node.js, Angular.js etc.
Advanced knowledge of one or more core code languages, such as PHP, Java, C#, Python etc.
Experience with Java/J2EE, Spring framework, Spring boot
Angular JS, HTML 5.0 and CSS and secondary RESTFUL webservices
Experience in developing REST based Web Services.
Experience in Android Development.
Familiarity with the entire stack web servers, the application layer, caching, databases.
A desire to quickly learn whatever you need to through research, collaboration and experimentation.
Strong grasp of object-oriented programming concepts and implementation.
A solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Strong DB experience with a major RDBMS such as MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc. writing and debugging queries, stored procedures and views.
Secondary Skills : JavaScript, Springs REST, Spring JDBC, JUNIT, Maven, Ant, SQL, Oracle and CSS3Optional :
Experience in AWS, Hadoop, MongoDb, Apache Solr, Memcached is a plus.
Understanding of Platforms like WordPress, Drupal, Magento etc.
