Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and curious Software Engineer Fresher to join our engineering team. You will work alongside senior developers to build, test, and maintain scalable software applications. This role is designed for a fast learner who is passionate about solving real-world problems through code and is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment: Assist in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code for new features and system enhancements.
Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs in existing software applications.
Testing: Write unit tests and participate in quality assurance (QA) processes to ensure software reliability.
Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups (Agile/Scrum) and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, DevOps).
Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for software functionality and architectural designs.
Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Microservices) and integrate them into project workflows.
Programming: Proficiency in at least one core language: Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
CS Fundamentals: Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Databases: Basic knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB).
Version Control: Familiarity with Git/GitHub for code management and collaboration.
Web Basics: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and how APIs (REST/JSON) work.
AI Tools: (Preferred) Experience using AI coding assistants (like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT) to optimize workflow.
Problem-Solving: Ability to break down complex logic into smaller, manageable tasks.
Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for team coordination.
Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new tech stacks quickly as per project needs.
