Job Description

Description:
We are looking for a reliable resource to help manage our e-commerce operations and POS system. This role requires strong logical and arithmetic problem solving skills to handle inventory, ordering, and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily inventory updates across e-commerce platforms.

  • Track stock and ensure listings are always accurate.

  • Work with POS for sales and inventory sync.

  • Identify suppliers for specific products and place orders as needed.

  • Use AI tools to automate or speed up tasks (listings, pricing, descriptions, reporting, etc.).

  • Apply logical thinking and problem-solving for order planning, pricing, and stock management.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with e-commerce platforms and operations.

  • Hands-on experience with POS.

  • Strong logical and arithmetic skills (must be comfortable solving stock/order/pricing problems).

  • Experience with supplier sourcing, negotiation, and placing orders.

  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, or similar) for e-commerce tasks.

  • Good communication and reliability.
