Software Engineer – Development Operations Services IT (Salesforce)
Location: Bangalore, India
Key Responsibilities:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Applications or related field of study, plus minimum 2+ years of experience as a Programmer Analyst, Software Consultant, Software Development Advisor or related occupation
- Respond to escalations from operational and leadership teams
- Be able to take lead role to coordinate support and resources to work collectively on incidents or projects
- Be able to provide support during major releases or deployments during the weekends
- Be on-call to provide support during non-office hours for critical production issues
Tools/Technologies:
- Must have 2+ years’ hands-on experience on C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, Angular, React
- Must have 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce Lightning, APEX code, SOQL, Flow and Process builders inside SFDC.
- Must have experience working Product Development following SDLC methodologies
- Hands on experience with Git-based Version Control System; Git (GitLab, TFS Git, GitHub);
- Fluent in English (Both spoken and written)
Essential Requirements:
- Proficient in Windows Server Administration
- Experience in Support ticket model (L1-L2-L3)
- Excellent debugging, problem solving, troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Strong understanding on database (SQL server) concepts, SQL queries, stored procedures etc.
- Good understanding on load balancer's, 3DNS and database availability groups
Desirable Requirements (Not Mandatory):
- Nice to have experience with Salesforce Lightning, APEX code, SOQL, Flow and Process builders inside SFDC.
- Experience with Scrum a plus but not required
- Microsoft Team Foundational Server (TFS) a plus but not required
