We are looking for an ASP.NET
MVC developer that will be able to develop and support existing
applications. The main scope of work will include everything from
back-end to client-side code, using optimal and efficient technologies,
frameworks, and patterns. Your primary responsibilities will be to
design and develop these applications. Therefore, it’s essential that
you are skilled at problem-solving, solution design, and high-quality
coding.
Responsibilities:
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code
- Improve existing software
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
- Perform thorough testing to find issues ahead of time.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a .NET Developer
- Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Great attention to detail and time-management skills
- Proficiency in .NET languages (C#) and HTML5/CSS3
- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
- Senior knowledge of Entity Framework 6
- Dependency injection pattern and IoC containers using at least one of Autofac, Unity, Ninject, and/or SimpleIoc
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST)
- Database design including indexes and data integrity
- Familiarity with the client-side framework jQuery, AngularJS
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
