Software Engineer - Full Stack
FULL-TIME : CHENNAI, INDIA
Job Description :
- You will work on an enterprise SaaS product that helps billion-dollar companies track their high value equipment.
- You will be in charge of developing new features to the server side application and develop and test web services.
- You are responsible for writing secure code that ensures highest uptime and security.
- The code base we use runs on Linux and Windows and is in JAVA, Javascript and uses MySQL.
- You will be writing test cases and making tools to exercise your code.
- We follow best practices such as source control, code reviews, code refactoring and technical debt.
- We have weekly architecture review meetings and developers stay aware of server performance and customer issues at all times. We encourage developers to spend time enhancing their skills through continuous education.
Job Requirement :
- You are a full stack developer with minimum of two years experience in developing and maintaining a web application.
- You should be able to demonstrate excellent debugging skills and be familiar with high uptime environments.
- Prior experience in code performance optimization is a must.
- You will be required to contribute to team meetings.
- Please mention if you have made a contribution to the open source community and/ or have a high degree of familiarity with open source tools and libraries.
