Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or any Technology/ Programming courses
• Academic percentage/CGPA to be above 70%/7.0 respectively
• Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply

• Interested in configuring, maintaining and enhancing current features and functionalities of the product

• Develop new features or products for an area of our platform working alongside with Development Team
• Maintain and enhance current features and functionalities
• Monitor and control the system
• Configure business processes based on defined business requirements
• Must have excellent programming and troubleshooting skills in some of the major programming languages(knowledge in ruby would be an added advantage), both technically and at the application level
• Must have an academic knowledge of Object Oriented Programming(OOP), data structures and algorithms
• Database research skills and writing complex sql queries
• Facilitate technical issues resolution by interacting with other internal teams as well as with customers via both written and verbal communication
• Independently be able to understand client reported issues, triage the issues within the application, and propose or create a technical solution
