Job Description

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
Passionate about building an innovative culture
Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement

Responsibilities

This position will be leading multiple scrum teams and leading transformative initiatives involving application modernization & supporting POCs on different technologies
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others are absolutely critical to this role.
Strong communication skills with an open attitude towards sharing ideas and knowledge.
Proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things thruogh.
Strong leadership and influencing skills with a keen ability to interact with business stakeholders, senior leadership, solution architects, project managers, product owners and development teams.
Engage in the planning, architecture, design, and development of solutions that satisfy business requirements
Ability to work proficiently and effectively in an Agile / Scrum feature team environment
Drive execution capabilities and efficiencies across the organization
Interact with senior leadership in India and US to develop strategy for the application platform
Ensure that the team and associated applications adhere to architecture standards, risk management and security guidelines keep abreast with the latest developments in third party and custom development technologies
Develop people on technical, domain and leadership capabilities with active coaching.
Adopt to new technologies and methodologies and drive solutions
Maintain employee work schedules including assignments, job rotation, training, vacations and paid time off, telecommuting, cover for absenteeism, and overtime scheduling.
Utilize excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills.
