The primary responsibilities for the Software Engineer- Technical Support are:
- Complete work as per the schedule with highest quality.
- Provide technical support to resolve customer issues and defect reports.
- Unit testing on the executed work
- Technical Documentation as required for maintenance
- Responsibility for validating proposed timelines and delivering on time.
- Knowledge of COM/Communication Programming ,Understanding .net , c #, SQL
- Provide support in online meetings for rectification of issues
