Eligibility:
- Develop connectivity applications for electronic trading with heavy emphasis on low-latency.
- The JISU team in Electronic Trading Technology is looking for a junior ultra-low-latency connectivity developer.
- The ideal candidate should have exceptionally strong programming skills in C++, and possess a good understanding of algorithms, data structures, operating systems, networks, and hardware.
- We are a global team with developers in New York, London, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. Our team has developed in-house low-latency connectivity applications that are both client and exchange facing.
- We are looking to improve our application latency, make our applications more resilient and supportable, as we expand into markets for other asset classes.
Must-haves:
- Strong C++
- Linux/Unix
- TCP/IP socket programming skills
- Object-oriented programming skills
Desired:
- FIX (www.fixprotocol.org)
- Equities, Futures, and Options Exchange Connectivity experience
- Kernel tuning and low-level system programming!
- Concurrent data structures
