Should have worked in a Manufacturing domain for 2 years for any business function Should have SAP functional experience of atleast 6-8 years for a senior resource and 3-5 years for a junior resource Should have 2-4 end to end implementation experience in Manufacturing domain Should have experience of 2-3 support / roll-out / Upgrade / Migration projects (definitely for Senior or Lead resources) Experience in S4HANA implementation, Migration, upgrade would be preferable Experience in International clients is preferable Participate in the solutioning, design, build, testing, data migration, cutover of SAP implementations and troubleshooting & support. Responsible for recommending solutions considering the scope of client requirements, create proof of concepts for the new requirements and showcase it to Customer. to translate business requirements into Solutions Builds strong working relationship with external stakeholders and direct interaction with customers and should be able to convince / negotiate in case of conflicts Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English with capability to drive requirement gathering workshops. Should be aware of the ASAP implementation methodology and creating documentations such as BPD, KDS, FS, Test scripts, UAT, sign off Should be aware of the SAP Support process, documentations such as Scoping, UAT, sign off, Ticketing structure Should be a SAP security professional with good all-round Technical and Domain expertise., Candidate should be capable of identifying and then deal with client’s needs by translating them into appropriate technical solutions., Should have the ability to understand and evaluate ERP such as SAP security design / structure put in place at any organization., Should have knowledge on creation of Composite and Single roles judging the Functional and Organization Level requirements and also based on the restrictions on different modules of SAP., Should be well versed with modification of existing Authorization Objects, Fields and Values (functional changes)., Should be able to effectively analyze trace files (ST01) and SU53 Dumps and tracked missed authorizations for user’s access problems and handling the missing authorizations manually., Should have experience in detection of authorization issues in functional modules like MM, SD, FI-CO, HR etc.,9.ECC / BI / HR / SOLMAN / MDM / CRM / SRM / Portal Security Access & Authorization.,
