Required Education
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent required of education and experience required responsibilities
- Develop new capabilities and re-architect parts of an existing system.
- Take part in test-driven, iterative development, prototyping, and reviews with a team of developers.
- Design and code the middle and back end in a clean and efficient way.
- Implement scalable and robust services.
- Develop external and internal APIs.
- Develop and run unit and performance tests to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Review and debug code.
- Develops documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clean code to explain and show solutions.
- Determines and designs system specifications, standards, and programming to prepare and install solutions.
- Minimum of 3-5 years within the transportation industry, information technology, or systems engineering, including a minimum of 5 years involved in business analysis, and solution design and a minimum of 5 years experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with exposure to the complex landscape. Experience with Logistics operations is a plus.

Ability to plan, design, develop, and manage integrated solutions based on requirements.
Requires ability to gauge opportunities for process improvement and develop/implement improvements independently and in a team.
Experience gathering requirements, conducting business analysis, and writing business specifications is required.
Proven success in developing test plans, system testing, and verification of results required.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions necessary.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are essential.
Proven ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, etc.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material with a level of professionalism and integrity
Strong EDI working knowledge and fundamental analysis & project management skills
