The Global Services business group deploys, supports and operates communication service providers (CSP) and enterprise networks. This includes network infrastructure services and professional services for mobile networks and managed operations for fixed, mobile, IP and optical domains. Nokia is also leading new growth areas including network cognitive services and analytics, public sector networks, energy and transport markets and our Worldwide IoT Network Grid (WING) which provides seamless connectivity across geographical borders and technologies.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Competencies

Good knowledge in 2G/3G/4G network with minimum 5 years of technical experience plus 2 years working experience in Incident manager role
Good background on CS/PS/IP/IN Core network
Work experience or Conceptual knowledge on 5G Radio & Core network
Certification in 5G/Cloud infraknowledge is a plus
Exposure in Multivendor network environment
Problem management work experience and process experience
ITIL certification is mandatory
Chairing Post incident Review and RCA governance
Vendor management and escalation management experience.
Knowledge on incident and problem management process.
Should be ready to work in 24X7 shift operations.
Fluency in Spoken and written English,
Should be an excellent business communication skills
Ability to work under highly pressurized environment.
Customer management Experience
Experience in process development
Knowledge on project management/Customer SLA Management
Good Communication and inter personal Skills
Prior Experience in Global Customer Interaction
Flexible and ready for new challenges
Good in multi-tasking
Highly engaged and motivated
Innovative, Open mind, Collaborative
Quality oriented and Focused on execution excellence
Consistent in using standard processes and tools
Presentation Skills

Bachelor of any Engineering
