Role: Workday Tester
Location: Bangalore , Global Village
Who are we looking for?
- Workday Technical Tester who is experienced in HCM, Recruitment, Talent/Performance,Compensation, Business Process, Reports, Calculated fields and EIB
- Integrations Technical Skills: Hands On experience on Workday Modules:HCM, Recruitment, Compensation -MustTalent/Performance, Business Process, Reports, Calculated fields and EIB Good to have.Experience in test and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
- Minimum 2 years of experience in requirement analysis, test planning, test case creation, documentation, process mapping and gap analysisMinimum 2 years of hands on WD functional experience. System Integration and/or Implementation experience is plus
- Experience in Application Life Cycle management tools(ALM) Update & execute thesuite of test cases & defect Management.Strong interest in collaborative work with clientsGood to have:Workday HCM Certification (preferred)Workday with Payroll integration
- Previous experience with a large global professional service organizationCase Management experience (ServiceNow platform)
Qualification:BE/B.Tech/MCA
