Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- To serve as single point of contact at a branch location & college clientele , convert leads and deliver projects to the customers through in person meetings as well as telephonic conversations.
- Handle customer inquiries, ideation of projects on the basis of the interaction with customers and converting the project leads.
- Delivering projects to the customer via face to face meeting, and handling customers regularly until point of delivery.
- Should be strong in forecasting, scheduling & capacity planning.
- Capable of handling pressure & adhere to deadline
- Extensive technical knowledge in one of the engineering fields - Computers, IT, Mechanical or Electronics
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent communication with ability to respond spontaneously
- Capable of multitasking and work in dynamic environment
- Certified Courses in specialised domain will be preferred.
