Job Description

At Ascus Tech, we are seeking a highly motivated Fresher to join our team as an Software Engineering Intern. You will play a key role in Digitalization Team using SPiCON SCOPUS tools to ensure accuracy and compliance of converted XML Versions.

*Role: Software Engineering Intern – Potential for Full-Time Conversion*
*Duration:* 3 Months (with potential for full-time conversion)
*Location:*Madhapur, Hi-tech City, Hyderabad, Telangana

*Key Responsibilities:*
• Convert PDF documents to XML format using SPiCON SCOPUS tool
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of converted XML files through Happy Books and Vtool processes
• Maintain detailed documentation and version control of XML files
• Manage, edit, and verify XML files
• Perform quality assurance and troubleshoot XML formatting and validation issues
• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards

*Required Skills and Qualifications:*
• Proficient knowledge of XML, including complex structures and schemas
• Experience with PDF to XML conversion using SPiCON SCOPUS
• Strong understanding of XML validation processes
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Notepad++
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple projects
• Current students or graduates (2023, 2024, 2025 batches) in B-TECH, IT, MCA, MBA, or Degree

*Additional Notes:*
• To start with this shall be an unpaid internship for 3 months, Post 3 months, based on performance, we shall offer full-time employment or provide an internship certificate.
