Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Development: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using programming languages like Java, Python, or C++.
System Design: Create software architecture, data models, and workflow diagrams to meet business requirements.
Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing to identify bugs and fix software issues.
Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, and QA teams to brainstorm and deliver next-wave features.
Maintenance: Monitor application performance, upgrade existing systems, and ensure ongoing system reliability. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Essential Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Technical Stack: Proficiency in languages (e.g., JavaScript, SQL, Python) and familiarity with version control systems like GitHub or Bitbucket.
Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and standard CI/CD deployment pipelines.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving capabilities, logical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
