- Knowledge of applications programming theory, principles, and practice
- Working knowledge of BOM, Configurator, Oracle Order Management.
- Expertise in Oracle Configurator – Rules, UI .
- Rules to include Property based Compatibility and CDL
- Ability to troubleshoot, resolve, and document software issues
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document technical requirements from business requirements
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
- Ability to provide excellent customer support focus
