About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage and maintain information technology for all departments
2. Coordinate POS (point of sale) system information & develop resources to increase administrative & operational efficiency
3. Implement, maintain, upgrade & troubleshoot the POS and other technical systems
4. Develop systems and procedures to utilize all aspects of POS system
5. Explore and maximize the capabilities of this software
6. Proactively manage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
7. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
8. Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
9. Work with team to prioritize business and information needs
10. Work with 3rd party software to collect and wrangle the data
